POLICIES

Make-Ups:  A make-up class may be scheduled through the office any time after the first two weeks of the session.  We guarantee one make-up per session, however more can be scheduled if space allows. All make-ups must be completed within the same session of the missed classes. Due to continuous registration, make-ups are scheduled one week at a time.

Refund:  A pro-rated refund will be granted if you need to cancel a class due to illness or family emergency.  If cancellation occurs after the start of the session, a $20 cancellation fee is applied.

Family Discount:  The second child you enroll in the same session will receive a $10 discount on their tuition.  A third child enrolled will receive a $20 discount.

Referral Program:  When you refer a new family to Kittelson Swim School and they register for a session, you will receive 20 Duck Dollars.  You can use your Duck Dollars for tuition, birthday parties, open swims, or even at the Duck Hut toward merchandise.

Double Dippers: When you enroll your child in a second class in the same session, you will receive a 20% discount on the tuition of the second class.
